Reading it was the first step

When you finished Chasing Demons, maybe you saw yourself in the story. Maybe you finally had a name for the thing that's been chasing you. That matters. But seeing it and getting free from it are two different things.

This workbook is where the second thing happens. It isn't a fill-in-the-blank program that promises you'll be fixed in thirty days. It's a guided journey through the same fight I wrote about, with room on every page for your story, your demons, and your truth.

I'm not standing over you with a red pen. I'm sitting across the table, and I've been where you are.

Five parts. One direction.

You have to confront what you're running from before you can see what you're running toward. The workbook follows that order.

  1. Know Your Demons

    Sessions 1 to 4

Name what's been chasing you. The Recognition Scan shows which demons have the strongest grip and where they show up in your life.

  2. Break the Chains

    Sessions 5 to 8

Take the Liberty Test, find where the chains attach, and start cutting them one link at a time, including the ones attached to your own past.

  3. Identify Your Destiny

    Sessions 9, 10, 12, and 13A

Rewrite the narrative. Move from victim to survivor to author, and put words to the future your demons tried to steal.

  4. Chase It

    Session 13B

Turn what you've found into reps: small, repeatable steps toward the life you were made for.

  5. Live Free

Session 11 and The Daily Fight

Retake the Recognition Scan to see how far you've come, then build the daily practice that keeps the chains off. Session 11 comes last on purpose.

Inside every session

Every session moves the same way, so you always know where you are and what comes next.

  1. From the Trenches

A short witness note from me, tied to the chapter you just read.

  2. Sit With It

Questions that slow you down before you start writing.

  3. The Work

The exercise itself: scans, logs, tests, and maps.

  4. Write It Down

Open space to get the truth out of your head and onto paper.

  5. Stand On It

Scripture to anchor what you just wrote.

  6. A Prayer from the Trenches

A prayer you can pray as written or make your own.

  7. One Rep

One small action to take before the next session.

  8. Testimony Line

One sentence that holds your pain and your future together.

Try a Testimony Line

The AND is at the heart of this work. You don't have to deny what happened to claim what's next. Fill in both blanks, then read it out loud.

Testimony Line

Yes, happened to me,

Tools you'll keep using

  • Recognition Scan

Find out which demons have the strongest hold. You take it in Session 4 and again at the end, so you can see the change.

  • Liberty Test

One question for every voice, habit, and relationship: does this produce liberty or captivity?

  • Demon Field Log

Track when a demon shows up, what set it off, and what you did next.

  • Demons vs. Destiny Test

Sort what's pulling at your life into what's chasing you and what you're called to chase.

  • Rep Counter

Count small wins until they turn into a new pattern.

  • Pocket Cards

Cut-out cards with the truths you need most, sized to carry with you.

The last thing you write is your own Author's Note

At the end, you go back to the Starting Line, gather the fourteen Testimony Lines you've written, and find the thread that runs through them. Then you write the Author's Note to your own story.

The workbook closes with a commissioning page, because you're not finished. You're sent.

Made to be written in

Every writing space sits on white, never on a dark background, so your pen shows up and your words stay readable. The print edition uses heavier paper to cut down on bleed-through.
